These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the NOGO mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service"). By downloading, accessing, or using NOGO, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may use NOGO only in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for your use of the Service and for keeping your device and Apple account secure.

Subscriptions and Billing

NOGO may offer auto-renewing subscriptions for premium features.

• Payments are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• Any free trial, if offered, converts to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Subscription processing and entitlement management are handled through Apple and RevenueCat.

No Medical or Professional Advice

NOGO is a self-improvement and habit-tracking tool. It does not provide medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice and is not a substitute for professional care.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by NOGO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if required for security, legal compliance, or misuse prevention. You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the app.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NOGO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
